How the Clover integration works
What BEB accesses through Clover
BEB requests only the Clover permissions needed to operate loyalty features. This includes merchant and location identifiers, order and payment context used to determine point eligibility, item or catalog information used to support redemption rules, and webhook events used to keep loyalty records synchronized.
BEB does not process payments on your behalf through Clover. All payment processing continues to happen through Clover as it normally would. BEB only reads transaction context to support loyalty accrual and redemption workflows.
What BEB does not do
- • Does not process, store, or transmit payment card data through BEB systems
- • Does not charge your customers or modify payment amounts in Clover
- • Does not access your Clover account for purposes unrelated to loyalty features
- • Does not sell your merchant data or your customers' information to third parties
