2. How We Use Merchant Information

We use merchant information to provide and operate the service, connect supported POS integrations, manage merchant accounts, configure loyalty settings, attribute eligible purchases, support redemptions, provide reporting and support, improve the platform, and communicate with merchants about operational or account matters.

3. Connected Platforms and Transaction Data

If you connect a supported third-party POS or technology platform, we may receive and process information made available through that integration, such as merchant identifiers, location details, order or payment context, customer association data, and loyalty-related event data needed to operate supported features. Our use of such data is limited to providing and improving the service and supporting merchant-configured loyalty workflows.

4. Data Sharing

We may share merchant information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, infrastructure, authentication, communications, analytics, and support vendors. We may also share limited information with connected platform providers where necessary to support integrations, account linking, security, or troubleshooting. We do not sell merchant personal information.

We may retain certain information after account closure where reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
